It is really important to us that you and your little one are absolutely happy with your Ziwi Baby purchase. If you would like to exchange or return an item(s) from your order, we're here to help.  Please get in touch with us at hello@ziwibaby.com

You can return items within 90 days of purchase for an exchange, store credit or refund.  We request that you return the items to us in new (unworn & unwashed) condition with tags still attached. Items marked 'final sale' (and with a price ending in .95) are generally not returnable.

 

How to return

1) Email: Email us with your order number and tell us which items you would like to return and whether you would prefer an exchange, store credit or refund. Alternatively, you can fill in the form below to request a return label (at this time, we can only create return labels for US orders).

2) Print: We will email you a printable postage-paid return label.  

3) Package: Package your return securely and attach the printed label to the package.

4) Post: Drop off the package at your nearest USPS location or schedule a pick-up from your home or office (some locations only).

Once your return is received, we will process your exchange or refund within 3-5 business days.

Returns FAQ

We aim to create thoughtfully designed and well-made garments. If you're not 100% happy with the quality of our garments, we will replace your item - whether brand new with tags or washed & worn - for up to one year after purchase.

Once received, we will process your exchange or refund within five working days.

When your exchange is processed, you will receive an order confirmation email with a new order number. When your exchange is shipped, you will also receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link.

When your refund is processed, you will receive an email notification with the details. It usually takes 2-3 additional working days for the funds to come through to your account.

If a garment is not the right size for your little one, please return the item(s) to us in new & unworn condition and we will exchange it for your preferred size.

Unfortunately, if applicable, shipping costs are not refundable.

Yes, we accept international returns, however, they must be shipped back to us at your own cost. We are unable to offer exchanges on international orders (you will receive a refund or gift card according to your preference). International shipping costs, customs duties & taxes are not refundable.

Yes, absolutely. If you received one of our garments as a gift, you can return it to us for an exchange or store credit as long as it's in new and unworn condition. We need either the order number or the full name of the person who sent you the gift.
