Orders will be shipped by USPS or UPS.  The above shipping times are a general guide and apply from the date of dispatch. Please keep in mind that once your order has been handed over to the carrier, we have no control over its journey to you and there may be postal delays, especially in the weeks leading up to Christmas.  All shipments are insured and we will promptly replace or refund your order in the unlikely event that it is lost in transit.

Shipping FAQ

Orders placed on our US store are shipped from California.

We ship to the US & Canada from our US store and to New Zealand and Australia from our NZ store.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link which you can use to check on your order's delivery status.

We aim to ship your order as quickly as possible. For this reason, order changes (adding or removing items) are usually not possible, however please let us know and we will do our best to make the requested changes if your order has not been packaged or shipped yet. After this stage, please place a new order or follow our returns process to return any unwanted items.

Occasionally an item from your order may be out of stock.  We will email you to ask if you would prefer an exchange (for example, a different colour or size) or a refund.  If we are unable to contact you, we will refund the out of stock item and ship the rest of your order.

In the rare event that your order is lost in transit, we will replace or refund your purchase. If you haven't received your order in a reasonable timeframe, please let us know

Unfortunately, at this time, we only deliver to physical mailing addresses.

Yes, we deliver to American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands. Please allow additional time for delivery.
